VPN Setup for GL.iNet Router - OpenVPN Client

1. Log into your GL.iNet Router.

2. Navigate to VPN -> OpenVPN Client.

3. Select + Add Manually and rename it to SmartDNS-Sydney.

4. Download the .ovpn config files from here:

5. Extract the .ovpn configuration for Sydney for the protocol (TCP or UDP) and Port (53, 54, 80, 81, 443, 444, 1194, 1195) of your choice.

6. Drag and drop the .ovpn file into the box and enter your username and the password, then click Apply.

You should see something like this:

7. Navigate back to the VPN Dashboard and enable the OpenVPN client.

Now all your internet traffic in your network is encrypted!

Check your location and IP address at https://www.whatismyip.com/ to confirm that the VPN connection is working.
